The Cookie That Became 
a New York Institution

In 1995, our shared passion for delicious treats urged us to open a little neighborhood bakery. We baked BIG ooey-gooey cookies and after a short article in The New York Times described them as “what may possibly be the largest, most divine chocolate chip cookies in Manhattan”, our neighborhood shop was catapulted into stardom—and we’ve never looked back.
